Why families come

Homeschooling can be tough. Most homeschool families feel a lack of support, structure and community.

But you don't have to do it alone. One day a week, a whole community.

Our programs

Two programs, every Tuesday

Enrichment for Pre-K through 8th grade, and high school courses your student takes one at a time. Both complement the teaching you already do at home.

Experienced teachers, a Biblical worldview

Every class builds on a Biblical worldview. Each week your student's teacher sends a recap of what happened in class, with the dates to remember.

Safe every Tuesday

What families say

Hear it from our families

  • Kingdom Academy's homeschool co-op has been an amazing addition to my kids learning journey, offering both excellent socialization opportunities and a wide range of engaging elective classes. It's a welcoming and supportive community that has truly enriched our homeschool experience.

  • The best part of Kingdom Academy is having fun with friends and learning a lot of new things. I really like the most when Mrs. Byrd teaches us how to paint and draw things.

What families ask first

Where do you meet?

First Baptist Church Oak Grove, 400 SE 14th St, Oak Grove, MO 64075.

Can we visit first?

Yes. Email admin@kingdomacademykc.com to set up a tour and see a Tuesday in action.

What is asked of parents?

Mostly, Tuesday is your day off. We ask for help with class parties, the yearbook, Anonymous Blessings for our teachers, big project days and Field Day stations. We never ask for weekly involvement.

What supplies do we buy?

Each student gets a supply list at the start of the year. Curriculum and classroom supplies are covered by the enrollment fee.

How will I know what is covered in class?

Teachers hand out an overview of the year at back-to-school, then send a weekly recap of what happened in class.

My child has a special need. Can we enroll?

We can make only limited adjustments for severe allergies, learning differences, physical disabilities or special requests for one child or family, and we may not be able to meet every need. Email admin@kingdomacademykc.com with your questions.
